We are in the business of Information Technology (IT), with a robust background in both business and IT. With an understanding of both sides of the fence, we have confidence in our viewpoint that IT should be introduced as an enabler of business, rather than implementation of IT for IT’s sake. Consequently, we believe that an organisation’s business strategy should drive its IT investments and required capabilities.

In our engagements, we take the time to understand your business, ensuring that our engagements are done so using common language and understanding; particularly your business language and understanding. This eliminates ambiguity and allows us to link any proposed IT capabilities to the business strategy. On the other hand, it also allows us to abstract the complexities of IT terms and concepts with which we are familiar, while ensuring that the proposed IT implementation strategy and solutions are fit for purpose and fit for use.
